How much is delivery?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
UK shipping is from £3.99 and free on orders over £50.
Tracked international shipping is from £9.50 and free on orders over £100.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes and custom duties in the destination country. This is payable by the customer, we have no responsibility for these fees. We are unfortunately unable to provide a calculation for these costs in advances they are calculated by the destination country. The customer takes full liability for all return shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift to avoid these charges. Due to Brexit couriers are reporting significant delays to services and so please expect to wait for your international order to arrive.
How long until my order has shipped?
All items are printed to order so please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be produced and shipped.
How will my order be packaged?
Your prints will be shipped in either a sturdy tube or in a hard backed, card envelope.
My order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived please e-mail to let us know and we will happily look into this for you. Please make sure you have also checked with neighbours and in your ‘safe place’.
If your parcel tracking states that the order has been delivered, we have to accept this as final and cannot take responsibility for any missing item claims thereafter.
My order has arrived damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and details of the issue (please provide photographs) and we can arrange a replacement item.
Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to inform us that you would like to return an item. If 14 days have passed we cannot accept a return or exchange request. Gift cards and personalised designs are exempt and non refundable.
To exchange or return an item please follow the instructions below:
- You must first contact us email@example.com with your details including your name and order number.
- We will acknowledge your request and forward you details of the next steps.
- Return the item/s as soon as possible. We must receive the item/s within 14 days. The items are your responsibility until they are delivered to us, so it is important that you retain proof of postage. You are responsible for return shipping costs, this is non refundable.
We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
If your return has been approved a refund will be processed via your original payment method. You will receive a notification of this action. If a discount was applied to your order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly. Please allow time for the funds to appear in your account. The time it takes to receive your funds may differ depending on original payment method, please check with your bank or payment provider if you have any queries.
